Hello! My name is Ilda. My favourite hobby is ceramics.

In ceramics, I work with clay — a very versatile material with magnificent colours.

I can shape the clay to create sculptures, simple decorative pieces, or practical everyday objects.

I can glaze my work in different colours or leave it natural.

Clay is the oldest material used by humanity.

The art of working with clay creates a connection between the material and the maker. There’s no need for complex tools. Working with clay is very therapeutic, stimulates the senses, and even reduces stress.

Today, I still remember my childhood, when I used to play with my friend “Chiquito”, and we made clay dolls together.

Hi, I’m Hobby — Peter’s hobby itself. We’ve been friends for many years, and I’ve helped him make the most of his free time.

Together, we’ve built countless miniature historic cars, among other creations.

Drawing and painting also keep him busy in his spare moments.

More recently, he discovered photography, and with some persistence, he’s making real progress. He is stubborn, after all.

He’s a determined fellow, and I’m going to continue supporting him.

And that’s all from me. A big hug to Fernando, and for the rest of the group, just one simple piece of advice: never give up on your dreams.

Keep well and be happy.

My hobbies are reading, crocheting, and painting mandalas.

When I crochet or paint, it feels like therapy, and when I finish, I am happy to see what I have created.

Hello, I’m Maria, and I have two hobbies: reading books and travelling.

I enjoy reading because it allows me to learn about history, science, culture, and life in general. Books teach us new ideas, lessons, and experiences.

Reading is a great way to discover new things and understand the world. When I read, I can go on adventures without ever leaving home.

Books are silent teachers and true friends, and reading is my favourite way to spend my free time.

My second favourite hobby is travelling. I really love visiting new places — it’s an exciting way to explore the world and see its beautiful nature.

Travelling is one of the best ways to learn about the world, discover new places, meet new people, and experience different cultures. It helps us open our minds and see things from a different perspective.

Every time I visit somewhere new, I enjoy learning about the local culture and trying different foods that we can’t find at home.

My name is João, and my days are usually quite busy with many different activities – routines and hobbies.

Everyone has different hobbies and interests in their free time, whether for fun or relaxation.

I usually go walking and running every day.

I like playing checkers with my wife or friends. I usually play it once a week.

Another hobby of mine is cooking - steak with cream and mushrooms and biscuit cake.

What relaxes me the most is reading magazines and newspapers, as well as books. Reading or playing in a cosy place - in cold weather or on a terrace in hot weather - is very nice.

I also enjoy going to the beach to walk and swim.

However, what excites me the most is travelling, because we get to know the real life of the locals - the people, the stories, and the traditions of the places we visit - which leave a mark on us for life.

I believe that having hobbies is very good for us.

My name is Maria Aline. I have several hobbies, but I’ll talk about my favourite one, which is painting.

I enjoy painting oil landscapes with blue skies and a few clouds, little houses, imposing trees, hedges and stones along the path. I also like painting still lifes.

I work with watercolours, acrylics and pastel pencils as well. I particularly like to use pastel pencils in my abstract paintings.

Painting calms me and brings me peace. Life has taught me that being at peace with myself is far more valuable than any wealth.
